To accommodate its rapid growth, the PuroClean training headquarters expands, known as the Franchise Support Center, from Fort Lauderdale to a custom-built facility in Tamarac, Florida, complete with a state-of-the-art training simulator, training classroom and warehouse facility.

| 2001 | Recognizing the industry demand, PuroSystems creates the PuroClean Franchise opportunity enabling entrepreneurs with strong sales and marketing skills the ability to take advantage of its recession-proof business model. PuroClean services focus on the cleaning aspect of property damage, expanding the owner opportunity to entrepreneurs without any restoration background. With very little starting capital and absolutely no technical experience necessary, PuroClean Franchises begin opening up throughout the country, with the first office opening in Broward County, Florida. |
