Homeowner's Letter of Appreciation

On April 13, 2011 PuroClean received this letter from a homeowner thanking us for our dedication, hard work and commitment to go above and beyond the call of duty. PuroClean does whatever it takes to help homeowners and business owners with property damage restoration due to water, flooding, smoke and fire, mold and mildew removal and many other biohazard clean up services. What a wonderful example of one homeowners’ appreciation for our Paramedics of Property Damage. We thought we would share this letter with all of you.

It was sort of by accident that we found you and your team when we had our extensive water damage problem but my wife and I consider that accident to be one of the brighter things to come out of this whole event and I want to express our appreciation for the efforts of your team and by you personally.
From the night when we discovered what turned out to be over $50,000 of water damage from over 30,000 gallons of water until the completion of the smallest detail during reconstruction, the PuroClean team led the way and helped us work out every detail. I was particularly impressed by the rapid response, the many and varied pieces of equiptment, and the dedicated work it took to remove the water soaked materials and dry out our residence. In particular, I believe you went further than most would have gone when it came to the tub area. From the start, PuroClean’s dedication and work ethic made me feel comfortable that the work would be done properly even though I was not able to be on site. I am also appreciative of the coordination and work you personally did with our insurance company. Having never gone through something like this I expected a lot of hassle and red tape but your efforts paved the way to a fast and accurate settlement. I beleive the integrity of your business approach provided real value to both Erie and to us. I hope Erie continues to recommend you to future customers.

Ryan for being our project manager, Angela for her advice on flooring and colors, Tino and his son for painting, Chaco for tile work, Joe for plumbing, and Rommel for general construction. I know as picky as I am that they are probably glad the job is over but with my experience of over 30 years in the facilities management area I have learned to appreciate good craftsmen and leadership. These people, along with you, have provided those talents.
I hope to never go through another disaster again but if I do it will be no accident that your company will be the one I call to mitigate it.
