Dear John,

My wife and I contacted your company last week when our hot water system failed and flooded our basement, and we needed to get dried out. Shortly after we called, your employees Adam and Raz came out to our house and began the process of removing the water.  Both my wife and I were very impressed with your workers.   They were hard-working and professional and very helpful to us in getting that situation under control and taken care of.  Adam in particular did a very good job of explaining things to us, showing us what needed to be done before he did it, and also making sure he was thorough in his work.   He seems very detail oriented and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly.  As you can imagine, when you see your house turned upside down the way ours was, it is not a very easy thing to deal with.   They were there until very late at night and Adam was on the phone with me at 8:30 the next morning checking in and making arrangements with me to come back to our home.  His dedication to the customer is not something you see a lot of and we are very impressed with him. 
 
In the days following the flood, Adam was very good about follow up, and follow through.   He was back to the house a couple of times to check the progress of the drying, to remove the machines, to take pictures and each time he was courteous and professional.  He didn’t even mind when I called him on Sunday afternoon with a question even though he wasn’t working.  
 
We are very thankful to Adam, Raz, and PuroClean for coming to our aide.   There is no way I could have handled that big of a job with my little shop vac!  I would still be down there trying to dry it out.  I would appreciate it if you let Adam and Raz know how grateful the Grace Family is to them for taking care of us.

Dear John,
I am writing to let you know how impressed we were with the two employees you sent out to us on 7/25/10 in response to our broken sewer pipe.

Adam and Matt set to work immediately, and took great care to keep Karen and I informed on what they were doing, and what they may need to do in order to get the job done correctly. They were such a pleasure to work with, and offered to help us move any heavy equipment or furniture.They also worked very hard to minimize the damage to our walls and carpet. What a treat to work with such professionals!

I am also very impressed with your quick response to our phone call, and the fact that you yourself came to our building to assess the damage in less than an hour. You can certainly can be proud of your company and the fact that you have set a very high standard for your company - it did not go unnoticed.

Dear Cristine and John,

I have worked as a contractor for the past 26 years. I have dealt with many sub-contractors as well as emergency remediation companies in many aspects.  In all the years of meeting various businesses, as well as business owners in your field, I must say your company has managed to rank the highest in my professional opinion. 

Your personal attention to detail with the project at hand and your passion for complete customer satisfaction is impeccable. Your employees are trained to maintain your high standards and I know firsthand that when an employee fails to meet those standards, the issue is quickly addressed and handled appropriately.  That in itself is a business ethic that is lacking today.

 

I am familiar with many companies who will respond to their client’s emergency needs, but to have the passion to ensure that the client has a positive experience regardless of the emergency at hand is just incredible.  Your people take extreme caution in handling the customers’ belongings whether they are damaged or not.  You even have a concern to reduce everyone’s cost including that of the insurance companies.  Now that is unheard of today!   

 

 

Your pursuit for perfection and excellence is remarkable and certainly sets a standard by which all others should follow.
