7. Successful Mitigation of Fire Damage (C70646)- Important items to consider and steps to prevent additional damage to the policyholder’s property and reduce the claim loss after a fire damage. 
8. Basics in Biohazard Remediation- (C06260)-  Explanation and understanding of what constitutes materials labeled "bio-hazardous" and the proper measures necessary to decontaminate and return the property to a pre-loss standad.
