PuroClean Water Mitigation Technician
Job Description
 
 
 
 
An experienced Restoration / Mitigation Technician who is familiar with all phases of water extraction and fire restoration, with little supervision. Must be able to work independently.


Qualifications
 
Main duties include disaster cleanup and reconstruction of properties damaged by fire, water and mold.
Technicians will be required to do demolition and tearing down sheet rock, pulling carpet, hauling trash and debris, etc.
Experience in mitigation work including structural drying, maintaining drying logbooks, setting up equipment, water extraction, etc. is strongly preferred. IICRC Certification (Cleaning & Restoration Certification) is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.

24 hour emergency mitigation services are offered in the main service area, this position will carry a rotating, weekly on call schedule for after hours and weekend work. Must be flexible to work any time of day and any day of the week when on call.

Technicians will interact frequently with homeowners and insurance agents. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
