A licensee should be able to apply the knowledge learned in this course to:

know what constitutes material to be labeled as “biohazardous” and should understand the proper measures necessary to ensure that a Policyholder's structure, that suffers a biohazardous and/or traumatic loss, has been completely decontaminated and returned to a pre loss standard.
