Our company had a devastating water loss.  A water main burst in the evening during the week and thousands of gallons of water were in the showroom and warehouse.  I was concerned that we would have to shut down the business until this was cleaned up.  Gary and his crew were on site in less than 2 hours.  They worked through the day and got it cleaned up with minimal disruption to our business or customers and no lost revenue.

"All of my product is kept in a small warehouse next to the office.  I also stored heirlooms and antiques in the building.  Water and mold got into the building through the roof.  It was a mess.

My insurance agent referred PuroClean Emergency Experts and I gave them a call.  I couldn't believe how quickly they responded.  The entire staff was courteous and focused on saving my belongings.  They actually stood by me while I sifted through the mess.  By the end of the day the mold was gone and everything was drying.  They came back for 3 days to make sure all was going well.  I have never had this kind of service before.  It's refreshing to know that some companies actually do care.

"I've had some terrible trouble lately, including a flooded basement!  That was the last thing I needed and I was truly skeptical of hiring this company, it's hard to trust contractors in todays world.  Gary & crew came fast, within 2 hours, were very empathetic, and made the situation as best as it could be!  They actually stayed until all the water was gone and they could start drying overnight.  At the end of it all I got beautiful flowers and even my dog was treated to some bisquits.  For an emergency water service I highly recommend PuroClean Emergency Experts!"
