Includes a visual inspection, moisture level readings of the affected area(s), photo's of affected area, verbal estimate and summary of findings including informing property owner on the severity of the problem.  Charge for this service is $50 for time, travel, and utilizing our knowledge and expertise.  Note that this charge is deducted from the invoice should you decide to use our company to perform the mold remediation.

Step 2

Mold Inspection, Lab Analysis, and Report, (Includes Step 1 above): 

Includes the following for $175:

1.  Written documentation providing details of the extent

     of moisture and mold present.

2.  Recommendations for the prevention of future moisture and mold problems.
