Here is a little background on some of our key team members, so that you can understand the people behind our company:

The PuroClean Team:

PuroClean Emergency Experts management has a total of over 50 years of business ownership and business experience mostly in upper management and at the executive level.
 
Gary formed several successful startup companies including Information Technology and Technology Reseller businesses. He was the Chief Technology Officer at a multi-million dollar Weatherhead 100 company for over 15 years.  Gary is philosophical about business ownership:
 
"What business ownership is about in the end is a passion for what you're doing.  If you have that and the strong desire to make your customers ecstatic way beyond their expectations, the rest is sheer determination and hard work.  When you add superior communications with your customers, it's very difficult to fail." 
 
Romaine has been a partner at a highly successful family-owned company since 1976.  Her degree in Education and years of teaching at the the primary and secondary levels have really helped at PuroClean:
"I love teaching and learning.  PuroClean has really taught me the value of customer service.  I learned a long time ago how important this is but I appreciate how important it is now more than ever".
