PuroClean of Alexandria co-owner, Phil Dhargyal, is the person you want to call when your property has suffered a disaster. Phil has accumulated years of experience in property restoration. A native of Tibet, Phil came to the U.S. as a refugee many years ago. That’s one reason he’s so passionate about helping those in need in his adopted home. His number one rule? “Customer service is everything,” Phil says.
