They were able to get the job done while prioritizing the safety of my little ones at home. Although I would not wish this type of service again, I would be glad to have them if I get unluckily enough for another round of water damage in my home. I had a pipe leak under the slab in my kitchen that caused water damage to my kitchen walls and cabinets. PuroClean was recommended by my insurance to do the water remediation. When PuroClean started to do the work, they discovered that mold had developed behind the cabinets. Fortunately, PuroClean is equipped to handle mold remediation as well. Sam and Emilio from PuroClean were very professional and they kept me updated about what was happening. They explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. They were punctual and kept the appointments within the timeline we discussed. They were efficient, polite and respectful of my property. And of course, they took care of the water damage and the mold problem. An independent company tested the kitchen for mold and it passed. The guys from PuroClean did excellent work! I would recommend them to anyone needing water and mold remediation services.
