data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">PuroClean is one of the largest full-service restoration firms in the U.S., and we are looking for both full-time and part-time Restoration Technicians to join our team<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> position involves emergency water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup in both residential and commercial properties.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We are looking for a dedicated and well-rounded Restoration Technician who is passionate about helping people, takes pride in their work, and views restoration as more than just a job and have team mentality.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, adhering to IICRC standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Perform initial loss inspection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Set up and remove structural drying equipment at the work site.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Remove drywall, carpet, insulation, flooring, etc., and perform general demolition after a loss.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer\u2019s contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">brought back<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to the facility for cleaning and restoration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serve as the daily on-site contact for the customer, addressing their needs and questions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends as ne<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">cessary. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Drive company vehicles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">High school diploma or GED.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Valid driver\u2019s license and satisfactory driving record.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ability to perform demolition work, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">climbing<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> ladders, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">working<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in extreme temperatures <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in confined spaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Experience in water and fire restoration, and mold remediation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ability to lift 60 lbs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Previous mitigation experience preferred, but not required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">IICRC certifications, WRT and ASD preferred but not required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Satisfactory background check.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Required Skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Excellent communication and customer service skills, providing compassion and empathy to our data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">fast paced<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take initiative <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">in pursuing<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> industry certifications and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">improving<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> technical knowledge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ability to remain calm under pressure and stress<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span
