Mike called us back within minutes and then Jessie showed up to get started on a water backup in the Basement. Mike even came by to make sure everything was going to plan. It was Sunday the day before Christmas Eve and we needed a fast fix. Both Mike and Jessie were extremely professional and explained the situation from beginning to end.
