The Position:

With a ‘One Team’ mindset, promote and sell our services to an assigned target market in such a way that results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on PuroClean’s Unique Selling Propositions. Monitor and follow-up on all referred jobs ensuring client and customer needs are met. Client base is diverse and new clients are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Support production teams in delivering Relentless Customer Service for referred customers. Properly document sales activities using Luxor CRM.

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective-to-objective consulting.
  • Build, maintain and service a ‘top 45 client’ list.
  • Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the restoration business.
  • Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in the lives of others through service.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open-ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
