He is a true blessing and put me right at ease letting me know that he would take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. It's really hard to find this kind of customer service these days. Eric checked in on me every day to make sure things were fine and he went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and that everything possible was being done to secure my property. He continued to check on my property from the first day of the flood until all was dry and safe. Unfortunately, I had been flooded in the past and the water mitigation team at that time tried to take advantage of me while I was under duress.
