I do not write many reviews, but I just have to tell you about this company. I found water and mold, panicked calling several services, got passed around, one person even telling me I lived in another county! I reached out to PuroClean of Burlington first on line and one minute later had a call from Jennifer, one of the owners. She said she would send someone out and Jesse and Josh arrived 30 minutes later! They explored, explained and came up with a plan. They were so careful about my home, my carpet and my furniture, they treated everything like it was their own. I hope no one needs this service but if you do, please call these guys!

I was very impressed on how quickly they responded… and prepared they were. Super nice people to work with, and very reasonable! I work in insurance, and this company is hands down on top of it! Kristen and Jesse care about their customers… I feel good about recommending these guys after seeing first hand how they work.
