They meet with customers and walk them through the<br>process, assesses the scope of work as well as supervise, develop, and mentor other<br>technicians working on the job.<br>Experience\/Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 2 years field experience or;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification REQUIRED and;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IICRC Fire &amp; Smoke Restoration Certification (FSRT) or;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to complete emergency jobs<br>Physical Requirements:<br>a. Valid Diver\u2019s License and ability to drive company vehicles.<br>b. Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.<br>c. Able to work for extended time periods in large and confined spaces.<br>d. Able to work for extended periods of time with appropriate respirator<br>equipment \u2013 Must pass respirator fit test and medical evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communicate the process to the customer and provide daily updates to<br>insurance partners and centers of influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assess and evaluate job severity and extent of damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Understand and promote the operational systems used by the company:<br>a. Company CRM<br>b. Xactimate<br>c. MICA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be able to train new employees on the specific responsibilities for<br>Technicians<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintaining a professional, positive attitude and appearance at all times.<br>a. Must be willing to wear company provided uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Develop a team culture with all field operations staff and other members<br>of the organization<br><br>The Lead Technician is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adhere to all OSHA and company safety procedures and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Understanding adhering to the following restoration procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Water Damage Restoration Procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mold Remediation Equipment and Procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fire and Smoke Cleaning Tools and Procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carpet Cleaning Equipment and Procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demonstrating a \u201ccan do\u201d attitude at all times as a team player and<br>completing all necessary paperwork when providing customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintaining all equipment and vehicles at a clean and serviceable level at<br>all times.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19362","careers","type-careers","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.puroclean.com\/chesapeake-va-puroclean-south-chesapeake\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers\/19362","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.puroclean.com\/chesapeake-va-puroclean-south-chesapeake\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.puroclean.com\/chesapeake-va-puroclean-south-chesapeake\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/careers"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.puroclean.com\/chesapeake-va-puroclean-south-chesapeake\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19362"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
