PureClean property damage company came to my house to assess the damage after a sewer back up. I was very impressed on how professionally and efficiently they completed the job. PureClean exceeded my expectations. Their team is exceptional and courteous. Alfonso and his crew; Rafael, Tiana, Ramrod & Jordy were amazing! They took very good care of my belongings, and made sure I was satisfied with each step of the work. Also, the office team, Anthony and Gilbert were very attentive to the job and kept in touch with me throughout the project. They provided Excellent service. I highly recommend PureClean.

Carmine and his crew from PuroClean went above and beyond to make our experience as stress-free as possible. After discovering 8 inches of water in our basement, PuroClean removed the remaining water that our plumber initially could not, dried our basement, got fresh air pumped into the house, used clean air systems, sprayed for mold, removed all wet items, and went through all personal items that were wet. Not only are they extremely thorough in the job that they do, but their communication is equally as thorough. They clearly communicated their plan with us, as well as maintaining clear communication with our plumbing and HVAC companies that we were working with. This review will probably sound like someone in the company wrote what I’m about to say, but it is a sincere, completely honest response to our experience. While on an extended trip outside the country, we learned from our local fire department that our home’s interior had been completely destroyed by hot water and subsequent mold damage. We had lived in our home for forty years and raised our family there. The news was, for us devastating. Puroclean was called in to take care of the mold and water damage as well as to set aside those possessions that could be salvaged. They did their work capably and efficiently. What struck us though and was so unique about this company was that they immediately understood our emotional state. The first night of the incident, two gentleman from the company, Anthony and Gil called us to ask about our emotional well being and asking if there was anything they could do to “go the extra mile” for us. This sensitivity extended throughout the process and marked the responses of their entire crew. For example, when they found family photos that had survived, they made sure these were among the first items we would see. One day, when my wife found our adult children’s first pair of shoes now mold stained, Gil heard my wife emotionally saying she hated to throw these away. He came over and told her he still had his own children’s first shoes and that he would manage to save these. When the work was completed in our home, he had the entire team present as he presented the shoes, now mold free, mounted in decorative plastic display cases. Puroclean understands that in the process of doing their work, they are also entering the lives of the people they serve. They went so far beyond customer service for us, sharing our emotions and going about their business in a way that allowed us to feel we were not alone. This is a remarkable company.

We had a major catastrophe with a tree falling on our house from a bad storm. The tree penetrated our roof and caused major structural and water damage. Puroclean showed up the next day and went right to work storing our belongings in boxes and setting up fans in several room to dry out all the water from the rain. After 10 days of water removal they are now going to repair and replace all damaged items. We can’t say enough about how wonderful they were and how quickly they came to help us. After coming home from vacation to water in our living room, kitchen, and basement, Nelson arrived at our house an hour after I called him. He immediately gave me peace of mind as he explained the process for drying everything out, and he started to set up his equipment. The next day, he came over early in the morning to help sort out our waterlogged things and clean up the mess caused by the water.
