I had my bathroom rehabbed, remediated and treated for mold. It was really bad but Pete, the owner, walked me through it. He was always very responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. From day 1, he explained to me what needs to be done and how long the process would take, he acknowledged my concerns and requests, and he never failed to keep me up to date. I also had them reconstruct our bathroom and his crew, most especially Mike, has been the GREATEST! Mike is also knowledgeable, kind, respectful of your time, and goes above and beyond to get a job done. He did not have to but he assembled our new bathroom cabinet after putting together our new bathroom sink. All the crew were very respectful and just great to work with. We had a water damage and mold problem resulting from an undetected water leak. Pete and his team at Puro Clean of Evanston were fantastic. Pete responded to our call on the same day and calmly and carefully explained what needed to be done to both stop the mold and repair the damage. After we hired him, he had his team working at our house within two days. Then, he checked on the progress of the work at least once each day. His workers are skilled, careful, and pleasant. Pete to the rescue! I had a water leak from my upstairs neighbor and was fearful of mold from previous experiences! Called PuroClean given proximity and feel SO lucky. Pete is a genuine guy, who shared that he expected I didn't have to worry, but offered a straight quote to come to do prelim investigation. Communicated, was on time, shared knowledge and felt like a genuinely good person. SO happy to have called him! Puroclean of Evanston did mold mitigation in my attic. They were great! Did the job on time, for a good price, with no drama. They were flexible to meet my schedule (I had another service coming through after them). Michael came out to do the initial bid, and a different Mike and Jose did the work.
