Our excellent experience with PuroClean Water, Fire, and Mold Experts wasn’t just limited to the job they did in our home but included the incredible customer service with each and every contact person, through the process. Tony came out to our home and gave us a VERY clear picture (and also understanding) of what needed to be done and what didn’t. My husband and I felt relieved to have someone talk to with us, not AT us regarding a project this size. Our insurance adjuster highly recommended them as she had sent them to her parent’s house at one point. We were impressed with the team that was sent, and completely taken back when the guys (Kenny, especially) fully embraced my five year old and his incessant desire to “help” the crew. They gave him “jobs” and really made him feel like he was ‘part of the team’. He even drew them a picture of all of them working, together! Thank you all, so much!
