Recently, a homeowner’s property in Batavia, OH, experienced damage when some of the house’s old siding tore off, causing some portions of the material to disappear. The wind gusts were intense enough to remove several pieces!

The owner called their insurance agent, who referred them to us for the reconstruction. The state of Ohio requires that if the previous siding cannot be matched, then new material is needed, and in this case, the siding had to be replaced entirely. We quickly approved them for new siding on each portion of the home that had panels missing. Afterward, the homeowner’s insurance company granted final approval.

After waiting four to six weeks for the materials, our team went to work to install the new paneling for the home. Our PuroClean crew worked diligently to fit each missing panel.

The entire process, from initial damage to awaiting insurance approval to the final installation of the paneling, took approximately five months.
