"Nobody ever wants to call one of these places because it's probably not good news. Like many others I woke up to a basement full of water last week. I was told by one of the big national chains that they would not be here. The places my insurance company suggested could not come either. Then I called this number. Ray happened to be nearby, I guess I got lucky. He finished up the job he was at and he was here that afternoon, and I was on the road to recovery. Water was removed by that night and the drying process began. He came back the next day with more equipment and to my surprise I was able to save the carpet and did not have to cut out drywall. Bottom line, I may have lucked out that Ray was nearby, but this is the only place I will call if there is ever another emergency. Knowledgeable, professional, and he actually came."
