Our dryer was taking a long time to dry our clothes. We decided we needed to find someone to check and clean out our dryer vent. We found The PuroClean of Des Moines Team and I'm glad we did. We contacted John and he responded immediately. John and Tim arrived at our house on time and got right to work. They were careful to protect our house by wearing booties over their shoes and made sure the equipment was secure. Their equipment was top of the line! After completing the cleaning process, John shared a video of our vent with us. He was able to explain where and why we were experiencing long drying times with our dryer-we had a bend in our vent in which lint had compacted and was building up enough to cause a significant blockage. John was very thorough is his explanation and answered all of our questions. The blockage and the entire vent was cleaned out beautifully. The clean up was perfect. You would never have even known they were there! Needless to say our dryer is drying our clothes much faster now! We were very impressed with the Puro Clean Team and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks John!

They were very transparent and pretty much advised they’d be happy to do the work for us, but it’s pretty self-doable to fix on our own. Appreciate the honesty, which will save us lots of money compared to another pricey quote we had received from a different company! Highly recommend!

Over the holidays and on a Sunday evening, our 25 gallon fish tank exploded in our basement. We contacted John and he immediately went out of his way to travel in the opposite direction to get his equipment and was at our house within a short amount of time to help us that evening (again, a Sunday evening during the holidays). For the next three days, including New Year’s Day morning, Tim came to our house to check the moisture levels, adjust the fans and talk to us about resolving all of our issues. We were fortunate to have no permanent damage or major issues but that outcome was only accomplished because of John and his team! I would highly recommend them as they are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and passionate about what they do! Thank you John, Tim and PuroClean!! Great work!!
