Over the holidays and on a Sunday evening, our 25 gallon fish tank exploded in our basement. We contacted John and he immediately went out of his way to travel in the opposite direction to get his equipment and was at our house within a short amount of time to help us that evening (again, a Sunday evening during the holidays). For the next three days, including New Year’s Day morning, Tim came to our house to check the moisture levels, adjust the fans and talk to us about resolving all of our issues. We were fortunate to have no permanent damage or major issues but that outcome was only accomplished because of John and his team!
