We are a family-operated business located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our owners, Zac & Ashley Osborn, started this office in 2012. Our office focuses mainly upon our clients. From the first phone call, our goal is to provide fast and great service to each and every customer. We understand the necessity of property damage and the stress it can cause. Big or small, we treat each issue with a significant amount of value. We always find a solution that gives the property owner the best result.

Our experience in mitigation dates back before PuroClean. In fact, Zac has worked hands-on within this industry, working for another restoration company gaining valuable experience over several years. He has also learned various business-related traits and customer service abilities from other life experiences. Previously, Zac had an extensive motorsports background, spanning from the age five up until he was injured at the age of twenty-six. Zac spends most of his time operating the business and spending valuable time with his wife and 4 children.

Being a family owned-business makes the areas we service much more gratifying. We take pride in servicing our local hometown market to the best of our ability because it is where we consider home. We appreciate the slower, more laid-back type of life and a place where reputation is honored.

Here at PuroClean of East Fort Wayne, we don’t worry about how we serve potential clients differently from our competitors. First and foremost, we don’t understand or try to educate ourselves on other company’s procedures. We are solely focused on the most important issues that particular client is having and to find the best option for each situation. We put all of our energy into each client. Every issue is different, and every issue calls for different procedure. Our first goal is to understand exactly what the problem is and how it occurred. We strongly believe the fact that we can’t fully help anyone or manage a problem accurately until we understand the issue fully. From that point, we operate each task as if it is our home. We do everything in our power to give each client the best experience and end result possible. Upon completing each project, each client will be given a follow up phone call about prior services within the next 30 days to discuss any and all performances. We care what people think! Our reputation is very important to us.

Ashley’s role in the company is strictly focused on business development and accounting. Ashley, wife of Zac, is from Anderson and does a great job with our business relationships and clients that we serve.

Ashley and Zac, together, have 4 children. Evelynn, Piper, Lincoln, & Reese.

Within IICRC, our certifications include water damage restoration; fire and smoke restoration; applied microbial remediation; applied structural drying, and numerous IICRC pre-requisites.
