We recently had Francis of Pur O Clean guide us through proactively dealing with water damage to our living room ceiling. Francis was thorough in his assessment of the situation as well as in his plan for a quick remediation. He didn’t overstate the damage and cared enough to come back to our home 2x to reassess progress with the addititive measures taken to speed up the drying process. Francis made our schedule work for him, and was prompt with appointment times. It was clear to us that Francis cares about providing quality service to his customers. We highly recommend him, and are glad to have to connected with him as our go to person for any future related needs.

If you are looking for a restoration service company look no further. In today’s world franchises usually don’t have the owner performing the job for the client whereas Puroclean of Fairfield is indeed the exception to the rule. Francis showed up quickly and was willing to work with me within my budget since my insurance did not cover my sewage basement claim100%. Francis was professional, reasonable, and paid attention to detail. Right after Francis cleaned out my basement my pump broke again the following week and Francis was kind enough to drop off his air cleaner so that I can get rid of the toxic air in my basement for the second time. I really had a terrible experience with the two other restoration companies that I contacted because they were not responsive and promised they would call back and they never did. This is not the case with puroclean of Fairfield. Francis is one of a kind and will not disappoint you!
