• Our technicians will then handle mold damage in the restoration process. Mold-infected surfaces will be disinfected and restored quickly to prevent mold from spreading.

Emergency Water Mitigation and Extraction

We begin by extracting any standing water in your home or business using high-grade equipment strategically placed to remove all the water from the area.

• The first step requires immediate water removal through our advanced pumping machines. Once the water has been extracted, all affected belongings and structures will be removed and either stored or discarded.
• Once completed, the equipment will be removed, and the water will be discarded elsewhere by PuroClean of Fargo’s technicians. 

Drying and Dehumidification

Once all areas requiring this process have been identified, the areas are isolated and prepped for drying and dehumidification. 

• Removal of belongings and upholstery will be necessary to ensure the process can be done thoroughly.
• Your local PuroClean of Fargo technician will place air-moving machines around the isolated area when ready. Keep in mind that these machines are loud. The fans will be focusing on areas of the house or business that contain moisture to pull out any trapped water. 
• Next, the water will be pulled into the air and through the fans during dehumidification. All of the water pulled out will be disposed of by the PuroClean technician in another location.
