Surviving through a residential fire is a big deal, but it’s only half the battle. According to the most recent report from the National Fire Protection Association, “In 2019, local fire departments responded to an estimated 1.3 million fires. Property damage was estimated at $14.8 billion.” Although it’s true that (most) possessions can be replaced, and we’re grateful when people make it out unhurt, property damage can affect victims (and their pockets) deeply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Fire: PuroClean Reigns It In<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One local woman, an 82-year-old grandmother, didn’t know what to do after a fire recently tore through her rented home. Thankfully, she was physically unharmed, but most of her possessions were damaged by the fire and smoke. PuroClean was called in to take inventory of all of the woman’s possessions for insurance purposes.
