Indiana Entrepreneur Returns To Franchise Industry Amid COVID-19 Pandemic To Provide Essential Business Services To Home And Business Owners

Georgetown, Ind. – (February 17, 2021) – Following a corporate career and journey into franchising, Dan Irmscher has answered the call to serve his local community, becoming the designated local “Paramedic of Property Damage” with the transfer of ownership of PuroClean of Southern Indiana located in Georgetown, Indiana. Previously the local restoration and remediation franchise was owned and operated by Marty Bachman, who retired following 15 years in serving his local community. As the franchise owner, Irmscher will continue to lead a team of highly trained technicians to help home and business owners with water, fire, mold, and biohazard removal, including COVID-19 cleanings.

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was in the process of graduating with my MBA, and upon meeting Marty, I was inspired to re-enter the franchise industry by joining PuroClean,” said Irmscher. “I’m proud to take on an established business in the Georgetown community and will continue to build the legacy that PuroClean of Southern Indiana has set in place for years to come.”

Irmscher begins his PuroClean journey after receiving an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. Throughout his career, he has spent six years working in the dental industry as well as in construction sales. He originally began his franchise career when he owned and operated two Firehouse Subs restaurants in Indiana.
