I would like to take this moment to say a big thank you to Ara and the team of PuroClean of San Dimas for their great job. My house had a water leak damage in the middle of one of the busiest months of my life. A friend referred Ara and his team to me. Ara is such a gentleman. He is very knowledgable, logical and super polite. He described me the importance of eminent action and started the job. After I just opened the claim with my insurance, he took control and made all communications with them, provided all the professional documents they requested and obtain permissions. In every step of the restoration he sent me the pictures and descriptions to give me a clear view of the ongoing work. All his staff and contractors were on-time and responsible. They finished the restoration, painting and carpet wash at the designated time. In brief, working with him is very hassle free and satisfying. All the restoration job in my house was done when I was out of town. This was my personal experience with PuroClean of San Dimas and in my opinion this company and Ara are very trust-worthy.
