I am a tenant and Ara was hired by my landlord to address water damage from the apartment above leaking water into our living room. Ara was very professional and communicative, thoroughly checked our apartment for water in the walls, explained exactly what to expect with the repair and drying machine running and how long the process would take. He asked for a paint match and had his painters make the wall good as new with the correct paint colors. As a tenant, we really appreciated his perfect communication and the team’s professional work.
