Had a broken pipe just days before leaving on vacation. Water damage took out half my home. We were dreading coming back to the mess that was to follow. Ara and his team (Hayk 🙌🏼 leading the way) had the home dried down, estimates submitted, etc. It was a big relief! As soon as the insurance process was approved, work started. We are very happy with the end results. The ease of having a knowledgeable person in charge made the whole experience less stressful. PuroClean San Dimas is an efficient and trustworthy operation. Ara and his team, with the excellent customer service professional, Adrianna, have always responded quickly to a client who is in immediate need of help with a water intrusion, smoke damage, and a variety of other “challenges”. I have referred Ara and team to several homeowners in a townhouse complex where I own a unit and am on the HOA Board. They did an excellent job working with a homeowner who is precise about what they wanted done. That homeowner does not want to work with any other restoration company! Ara set the bar really high by providing great service!

Recently moved in to a new home and discovered mold. Panicked and luckily was referred to Ara. Immediately, Ara and his team came to the rescue. The process was very smooth and Ara assured everything would be done in the timeframe given. Sure enough, mold remediation/wall repairs were all completed as promised. They even discovered some walls didn’t have proper insulation and went the extra mile to help repair as well. Truly appreciate Ara and Haik? Sorry for misspelling if wrong but they were amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach back out for any services needed on my home going forward would recommend Puro Clean to anyone looking for related services!
