PuroClean of Tri-Cities provides 24-Hour emergency services and cleaning to people who have suffered water, fire and mold damages to their home or business.
Technician summary:
– As a technician, you will work alongside and assist Production Team Leaders on water, fire, and mold remediation jobs.
– Mitigation tasks include utilizing industry equipment to dry structures, tear out of damaged materials, and daily monitoring of progress with moisture meters.
– Fire losses vary from detailed cleaning of soot damaged rooms and content to demolition of heavily affected areas.
– Some jobs require the packing and moving of content (furniture) for storage or offsite cleaning. This can include repetitive or strenuous lifting
– Working in confined areas such as attics and crawlspaces is often required.
– No prior experience is necessary – Training is provided and certifications are available.
Technician Requirements:
– Positive attitude and a willingness to accept responsibility.
– A good driving record and valid license (We Check)
– Drug Free (We Check) – Background Screening (We Check)
– Tobacco Free Workplace (No tobacco or Vape products while working)
– Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (moving furniture, loading, and unloading equipment)
– Able to work within a confined space
– Able to wear necessary PPE (respirator, Tyvek suit, gloves, etc.)
– Participate in a mandatory after hours, on-call rotation for emergency service
– Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends
