I live in the Nashville area and my mother called from Tri-cities area after her finished basement was flooded due to a lot of storms and rain. I called PuroClean of Tri-Cities and they responded immediately. Feeling helpful from being so far away, this company stepped up and took great care of my mom and the water damage. Great quality service, exceptional customer service as well. So glad I called this company out of all of them in the area! Highly recommend!

PuroClean has done a great job during a very difficult time for our family. In a house fire, if it is not out-right destroyed, everything is affected by the smoke and the soot. They took all of our clothes and textiles and cleaned them professionally in a timely fashion. They are very professional and kind as well. We highly recommend them!
