Beginning on June 7 and continuing through June 10, 2021, PuroClean hosted its PuroClean International Convention at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL. The event allowed franchise owners and employees from across the country to meet with vendors, discuss new ideas, and network amongst the PuroClean community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PuroClean of Green Bay\u2019s sister location, PuroClean Restoration Specialists, had four members attend the event: owners Keegan Trudgen and Tim Lohse, sales representative Steve Martinez, and marketing assistant Abby Coffey. Our team had a great time golfing, learning about everything PuroClean, and socializing with our peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A major highlight of the convention was when Keegan had the opportunity to present his marketing research study to an audience of nearly 400 people. The study, commissioned by Kegan\u2019s alma mater, Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, covered the methods of expanding the PuroClean brand further. During the presentation, Keegan spoke about the essential marketing lessons he has learned as an owner of multiple successful franchises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panel featured PuroClean franchise owner Craig Hawkins from PuroClean of Redmond and Everett, Madalina Iordache from Bright Pink Agency<\/a>, Karen Vick from PuroClean Home Office, and Alex Preddie of RocketBarn, who attended the event remotely. Keegan discussed his perspective and experience as a franchise marketer with the other panel members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, our sister location received recognition for its performance at the PuroClean On the Move Awards Dinner. They won a combined six awards, including a Network Leadership Council Member Award for Keegan, two Brand Ambassador Awards for Keegan and Tim, a shared President\u2019s Circle Award for both owners, a Brand Promise Award for Keegan, and a Rainmaker Award for Keegan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convention was a unique opportunity for us to interact with vendors and franchise owners with whom we typically don\u2019t hang out in person. There was even a day of golfing and opportunities to network and socialize in the evenings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also visited booths constructed and hosted by vendors, where we learned about new services and tools we can use to optimize our methods of operation. Our team had a fantastic time, and we look forward to future conventions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
