Learning to Succeed: Another Great Day of Continuing Education Courses

On Wednesday, June 14th, we hosted a two-part continuing education (CE) course for professional insurance agents. This event marked our third CE course day of the year and was a resounding success. Focusing on Ethics (first session) and Flood Damage Restoration (second session), we completed six credit hours for our insurance partners, offering new insight about our ever-changing industry.

The morning kicked off with Ethics, a comprehensive exploration of content essential for insurance agents in the property damage restoration industry. We discussed the importance of making critical decisions and strong leadership while not losing sight of displaying empathy for property owners dealing with the stress of property damage.

After an informative morning, we transitioned to the second course of the day: Flood Damage Restoration. This immersive session covered the practices and methods for addressing property flood damage. The course gave insurance agents the knowledge needed to provide expert guidance to their clients in the aftermath of devastating floods.

We had 16 licensed insurance professionals join us for the day. We treated our participants to a catered complimentary lunch and offered prizes to make the day even more delightful. Thanks to another successful day of learning, we’re excited about hosting future continuing education courses!
