Atlanta Resident Opens Essential Business to Mitigate Community’s Property Restoration Needs

ATLANTA – (July 20, 2022) – PuroClean, a leading national property restoration and remediation franchise, announces the opening of a new Georgia office serving communities in the South Metro Atlanta area. Led by local entrepreneur Bob Barnette, the team of highly trained technicians at PuroClean of South Atlanta will assist home and business owners with water remediation, fire and smoke damage repair, mold, and biohazard removal services.

An Atlanta native, Bob joins PuroClean with a background in business management and sales. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Bob’s professional career began by working on a U.S. congressional campaign where he worked with the finance team to manage a budget of $1.4 million.

After his time on the campaign, he transitioned into a role with Market Grocery Company, where he worked as a warehouse manager before he was named general manager within the first two years of employment. As general manager, Bob successfully increased sales by $2 million annually, a noteworthy accomplishment and a testament to his leadership. He was then promoted to vice president of sales where he worked with the company for an additional 10 years.

Throughout his career, Bob has served on the board of the Atlanta Produce Dealers Association (APDA) and was also a member of the Georgia Food Industry Association and the Georgia Association of Convenience Stores. In his most recent role, he worked as a district sales manager, overseeing sales and operations for his region. Bob joins PuroClean with the goal of pursuing his own entrepreneurial endeavors, serving the people of his community through their times of need.
