Sewage Cleanup & Sanitization

We came into our Atlanta office the morning after a major storm and found several inches of water pooled in our conference room. The carpet was completely soaked, and the bottom portion of one wall was already starting to warp and show signs of water damage. We called PuroClean of South Atlanta, and they responded right away. Bob was the one who came out, and he was fantastic—very calm, professional, and clearly experienced with this type of situation. He walked us through exactly what needed to happen and got his team to work that same day. They removed the damaged carpet and carefully cut out the lower section of the affected wall so it could dry properly. They also set up equipment to control moisture and prevent mold growth. Bob kept us updated every step of the way and made sure everything was handled quickly. We were really impressed with the entire process. Big thanks to Bob and the PuroClean team.

I would like to take the time to thank Mr. Bob and Crystal for making my life much easier. Our hot water heater busted in the basement, which was hard because many of the items were our grandparents. Bob came in, walked around, looked them over, and watched them, then went to work on everything I needed to do. Crystal is a bomb-packer. She made everything look new and packed it nicely. She took very good care of the china set my grandma had. Thanks so much !!!!

I'm a pretty tough customer and I would, without hesitation, unequivocally endorse Bob and the PuroClean team. My home flooded on Memorial Day. Bob Barnette arrived at my house, on a holiday, with equipment in tow, in less than 2 hours. I'm not accustomed to that level of service and customer focus...on a holiday. The work itself was exemplary. Industrial humidifiers, commercial fans, electronic equipment to gauge moisture levels were all put in practice by the PuroClean team to quickly address the mess. Lewis, who was onsite, did a great job and was so courteous and skilled. if i could give 10 stars i would.

Wow! The best thing that came out of my horrible flood was this company and they're amazing employees! First came Shawn and Nelson to take care of the water damage they really cared about my property. They came back the next day with extra equipment to help ensure my hardwood floors were not going to warp. Then Jen came over to take a look at the damage and was so kind and caring. Last but not least Jason came over to collect the equipment and to make sure everything went well. The conversation with Jason was absolutely amazing what a wonderful project coordinator he is! I recently had a clothes washer malfunction which caused water damage in my home. I reached out to PuroClean thru Angies List. Bobby called me shortly thereafter to discuss my situation and was at my residence within two hours assessing damage. He provided an in depth explanation of what he felt the most suitable solution was. Tyler arrived to further assess damage with moisture tools, removed wet carpet, doors and baseboards and placed fans and dehumidifier where needed. Bobby submitted everything through my insurance. Upon approval from my homeowners insurance, his teams got to work. Exceptional packout team, immaculate repair and paint team, precise carpet team. Everyone was great to work with, extremely respectful and kept me in the loop during every step of the process. They knew what they were doing and did it very well. Hats off to Bobby, Tyler, Dennis, Maurice, Pedro, & DJ. Great restoration professionals!
