5 Star Company all the Way!!!!! July 5, 2024 - My mom"s house flooded-THE WHOLE HOUSE- water was pouring out into the yard from the entry doors and all around the foundation as the water had flowed all night due to a broken pipe under the kitchen sink after my mom had gone to bed. Insurance company did not list anyone locally, so we could use who we wanted...THANK GOODNESS! We were given a personal recommendation to call PuroClean over another service and was so glad we did. They came right out in the early morning, accessed the situation and got started right away, describing everything they needed to do for us, and also had everything they needed when they arrived. We could not have asked for a more friendly, honest, professional and courteous people. Eddie and Grant are the best and I recommend PuroClean of Laurel to everyone! -Trish Irwin

The wife and I went on vacation for a week only to come home to a busted water line. We called PuroClean of Laurel and they came right out. I was amazed at the job they did on the clean up and how they were attentive to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Edward and Ray at PuroClean did an amazing job when my moms dishwater pipe busted. They were very polite, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure mom was taken care of. They handled the job professionally and in a timely manner. I was very impressed! I cannot save enough good things about these guys and the service they provided. I highly recommend them!

Our son left the sink on right before we left for school and none of us noticed . When we got home our entire living room carpet, hallway , and my bedroom carpet was saturated. I called and they had someone at my house in just a few hours, he was very polite and friendly . He described everything they needed to do for us , they also had everything they needed when they arrived .

About 3 weeks ago I noticed black spots on my bathroom ceiling which was getting worse which looked like black mold so I contacted PuroClean of Laurel who came out and confirmed . They got to work on the issue and got rid of it and also fixed problem that was causing it. I would recommend them to anyone very professional

These gentlemen were the best. So polite and knowledgeable. There were very determined to do whatever was needed to stop my new washer from overflowing into my older pipes. They were nicely affordable. They will my go to for and plumbing or water damage , mold and restoration. Thanks for the amazing job gentlemen.

My home got flooded when one of our children decided to run a tub of bathwater and got distracted and it wasn't until we started down the hallway and heard the water splashing under foot, that I realized what had happened. PuroClean of Laurel came out immediately and gave us an estimate and dealt with our insurance company. They dried and restored the damage to my house so it's as good as new.
