Three days. One incredible venue. Hundreds of restoration professionals. A packed expo floor. Big conversations, new friendships, great education—and just a little Las Vegas fun!

Our teams from PuroClean of The Big Island and PuroClean of East Las Vegas were proud to be part of The Experience 2026, held September 9–11 at the Paris Las Vegas.

And WOW… what an experience it was!

The Experience brought together professionals from across the cleaning, restoration, inspection, indoor air quality, and related industries for three action-packed days of education, hands-on learning, networking, and innovation. With an impressive lineup of speakers, including keynote speaker Mark Davis, sessions, and vendors, there was something around every corner to learn, discuss, or take back to the field.

For our team, it was three days of learning, connecting, representing PuroClean, and building relationships that will continue long after the lights of Las Vegas go out.

Latinos en Restoration: A New Conversation and New Connections

One of the most exciting and meaningful parts of The Experience was the newly created Latinos en Restoration sessions.

Gregory Arianoff, VP of Operations, was incredibly thankful for the opportunity to take the stage and share his story, experiences, and perspective with fellow restoration professionals.

But for Gregory, it wasn’t simply about getting behind a microphone.

It was about connection.

It was about recognizing the growing influence of Latino professionals throughout the restoration industry and creating a place where people could share their stories, experiences, challenges, and successes.

And that’s exactly what happened.

Arianoff also had the opportunity to make some great new connections, including Cesar Cadena of JCCC Construction and Luis Suarez of RestorRight. Building relationships with other professionals who share the same passion for the industry is one of the things that makes events like this so valuable.

There is something special about sitting down with someone you’ve just met and realizing that, despite coming from different companies, markets, and backgrounds, you’re dealing with many of the same challenges—and chasing many of the same goals in life or in business.

HUGE congratulations and thank you to Kayla McGowan and Monica Aquino for helping bring Latinos en Restoration to The Experience!

You didn’t just put together a session—you helped create a platform, a conversation, and a community.

Monica’s recent Restoration & Remediation article, “La Marea Latina ha Llegado: Influencia y Oportunidades en la Restauración,” highlights the growing influence and opportunities for Latino professionals in restoration.

We’re excited to see where this movement goes next because this is only the beginning!

¡Vamos!

PuroClean Was There in a BIG Way!

PuroClean wasn’t simply attending The Experience—we were proud to be a GOLD SPONSOR of this year’s event!

That gave us an incredible opportunity to showcase the PuroClean brand, connect with restoration professionals from across the country, and demonstrate the depth of experience, technology, training, and franchise support behind the PuroClean network.

The PuroClean and AccuGuard booths were busy throughout the event, and Gregory was proud to help support the team and represent the brand.

A special shout-out to the incredible group helping make it happen on site:

Steve White — President, PuroClean

Brandon Mangual, CFE — Vice President of Franchise Development

Wallie Langus, MBA — Franchise Development Marketing Manager

Ben Doebler — AccuGuard President & PuroClean Franchise Owner

C.J. Bailey — Vice President of Software Management

Darren Hudema — Director of Training & Technical Services

Elizabeth Evans — National Sales Director & Business Development

That’s a serious lineup of experience, leadership, and restoration knowledge all under one roof!

From franchise development and operations to technology, training, and commercial restoration, the team brought a tremendous amount of knowledge and energy to the event.

And with PuroClean celebrating 25 years in 2026, the timing couldn’t have been better. The brand continues to focus on innovation, training, technology, franchise support, and the relationships that help Franchise Owners succeed.

A Friend, A Lawyer and A Great Resource for the Industry

Of course, no restoration event would be complete without catching up with Ed Cross, The Restoration Lawyer.

Ed is not only a great friend, but someone who has become a tremendous resource and advocate for restoration contractors. His knowledge of the legal side of our industry—and his willingness to help restoration professionals better understand the business side of what we do—is invaluable.

It’s always great to catch up, exchange ideas, and talk story with Ed.

And yes… somehow restoration professionals can turn almost any conversation into a discussion about contracts, insurance, collections, or the latest industry headache!

That’s restoration!

The Expo Floor Was HOPPING!

Then there was the expo!

Equipment, technology, software, cleaning systems, restoration products, PPE, air quality solutions, and enough new ideas to keep a restoration nerd busy for days!

The expo floor was packed with some of the biggest and most innovative names in the industry. It was a great opportunity to see what’s new, get hands-on with products, ask questions, and discover solutions that can make our teams more efficient and our customers’ experience even better.

Because in this business, standing still isn’t really an option.

The industry keeps moving—and we intend to keep moving with it.

Learn a Little. Laugh a Lot. Make Some Memories.

After three days of packed sessions, walking the expo floor, meeting new people, and talking shop until our brains were full, it was time to switch gears!

And what better place to do that than Las Vegas?

The after-hours pool party on the first night was the perfect way to kick back, relax, and enjoy some time with friends and colleagues outside of the classroom and expo floor.

There were laughs, stories, networking, probably a few “you had to be there” moments—and exactly the kind of atmosphere that reminds you why relationships are such a huge part of this industry.

Because sometimes the best business conversation starts with:

“Hey, want to grab a drink?”

We Came to Learn… and Left Fired Up!

That’s really what The Experience was all about for us.

We came looking for new ideas.

We found new ideas and new relationships.

We came to represent PuroClean.

We found ourselves representing the people, culture, and values behind the brand.

We came to listen.

We came to share.

We came to support.

And we left energized, inspired, and ready to put everything we learned into action.

From PuroClean of The Big Island to PuroClean of East Las Vegas, our goal is always the same: keep learning, keep improving, and keep finding better ways to serve our customers and communities when they need us most.

That’s what makes this industry special.

It’s competitive—but it’s also collaborative.

It’s demanding—but it’s rewarding.

And most importantly, it’s filled with people who genuinely care about helping others when disaster strikes.

What a Week!

A huge MAHALO to everyone who made The Experience 2026 such a success—the organizers, educators, vendors, speakers, sponsors, fellow restorers, friends, and everyone who stopped by the PuroClean and AccuGuard booths.

And an extra-big thank you to Kayla McGowan and Monica Aquino for helping create the Latinos en Restoration platform and to everyone who stepped forward to share their stories and build something bigger together.

We are already looking forward to what’s next.

Keep learning. Keep connecting. Keep growing. Keep raising the bar.

And most importantly…

We’ll see everyone next year!
