As PuroClean celebrates a quarter-century of restoring properties, rebuilding lives, and serving communities across North America, franchise owners, Home Office team members, strategic partners, and industry leaders came together for an action-packed week of learning, inspiration, recognition, and fun.

PuroClean of The Big Island was proud to represent Hawaiʻi at this milestone event, joining hundreds of attendees beneath the iconic Guitar Hotel for a celebration worthy of the PuroClean legacy. From the opening sessions to the closing remarks, the convention was filled with excitement, innovation, and the unmistakable energy that comes from being part of a world-class brand.

One of the biggest highlights of the week was the incredible Vendor Show. Strategic partners from throughout the restoration industry showcased the latest equipment, software, technology, and services that are helping shape the future of restoration. Every booth offered something new to discover, creating an atmosphere of innovation and opportunity. Whether exploring advanced documentation tools, cutting-edge drying technology, marketing solutions, or operational systems, attendees left with fresh ideas and valuable resources to bring back to their businesses.

The educational breakout sessions delivered tremendous value throughout the week. Industry experts, franchise owners, and Home Office leaders shared practical strategies and real-world experiences covering everything from sales and marketing to leadership, operations, recruiting, and customer service. Every session provided actionable takeaways designed to help franchise owners continue growing their businesses while delivering exceptional service to the communities they serve.

A truly memorable evening was the Awards Celebration Dinner. Franchise owners and teams from across the network gathered to recognize outstanding achievements and celebrate excellence throughout the PuroClean system. The room was filled with excitement as awards were presented, and members of the RIOT Impact Group proudly walked across the stage to accept well-deserved recognition. Seeing fellow franchise owners honored for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to continuous improvement was a powerful reminder of the strength of the PuroClean network.

The convention’s keynote speaker, Mike Abrashoff, delivered one of the most impactful presentations of the week. A former U.S. Navy captain, Abrashoff is best known for transforming the USS Benfold into one of the highest-performing ships in the Navy through innovative leadership and employee empowerment. His bestselling book, It’s Your Ship, has become required reading for leaders around the world. Some of the most valuable moments happened outside the meeting rooms—sharing stories with fellow franchise owners, exchanging ideas, celebrating successes, and strengthening friendships that span across the country.

One of the most talked-about sessions of the week was AI Friday. As artificial intelligence continues to transform business operations, attendees explored how AI is already improving efficiency, marketing, customer communication, documentation, and decision-making throughout the restoration industry.
