Pink Out Color Run in Hilo

This year’s KBIG-FM and the American Cancer Society Pink Out Color Run took place on Saturday, October 21st, 2023 at the Mooheau Bandstand in Hilo, Hawaii.

PuroClean of The Big Island proudly sponsored the event. The family-friendly 5k walk/run is now in its 6th year hosting the annual Beautiful Bra contest, local food vendors, zumba, and a special appearance from Legacy Studios’ group Triple Threat.

This annual event honors breast cancer survivors, spreads the word about reducing cancer risk, and raises money to help the American Cancer Society save lives. This year’s event raised over $8,000 locally.
