For owner John Egan<\/strong>, restoration work isn\u2019t just a profession \u2014 it\u2019s a path shaped by decades of learning and a deep desire to help others. While living in Augusta, Georgia, John and his family experienced Hurricane Helene in a way they will never forget. Two 80\u2011foot pine trees crashed through their home \u2014 one nearly landing in the bed where they slept. The destruction was overwhelming, but the emotional impact was even greater. In those chaotic moments, John felt exactly what so many families feel after a disaster: fear, uncertainty, and the desperate need for someone who knows what to do next. It was the kind of experience families often face after major storms or flooding \u2014 the same types of events covered by resources like\u00a0FEMA\u2019s disaster guidance<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Ready.gov\u2019s hurricane preparedness<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
