At PuroClean of Huntington, we believe that true superheroes walk among us every day. They don’t wear capes, but they make a lasting impact through their kindness, dedication, and service to our community. That’s why we are proud to introduce the PuroClean Cares Superhero Campaign, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to recognizing local individuals who go above and beyond for others.
What Is the PuroClean Cares Superhero Campaign?
The PuroClean Cares Superhero Campaign is our way of celebrating everyday heroes—people who make a difference in ways big and small. Whether through acts of charity, community service, or simply lending a helping hand to those in need, these individuals embody the spirit of selflessness and compassion.
On April 27th, 2025, we will host a special event to honor one exceptional community member who has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to making Long Island a better place. The event will take place at The Art League of Long Island from 11 AM to 1 PM and is open to the public. We invite you to join us in recognizing and celebrating these real-life superheroes!
Why It Matters
Community heroes play an essential role in strengthening the places we live and work. They support causes that uplift those in need, contribute to local organizations, and inspire others to take action. In a world where challenges can often seem overwhelming, these individuals remind us that kindness and generosity can make a real difference. How You Can Get Involved

Leading up to the event, we are also hosting a food drive from April 7th to April 27th to help those in need. Food insecurity is a growing issue that affects families and individuals across Long Island. Many people rely on food pantries and community support programs to make ends meet, and we want to do our part in addressing this need.
We welcome non-perishable food donations at the following drop-off locations:
- The UPS Store in Huntington – 223 Wall Street, Huntington, NY
- YMCA of Huntington – 60 Main St, Huntington, NY 11743
Additionally, food donations will be accepted at the event on April 27th. Even the smallest contribution can have a huge impact on someone’s life. Whether it’s canned goods, pasta, rice, or other shelf-stable essentials, every donation counts.
