A Purposeful Lunch
We brought lunch so the agents could enjoy a meal while learning about our services at PuroClean of Hutto & Manor, including Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Sewage Cleanup, and more. One thing we made very clear: we’re not just a cleaning company—we are a full-service Restoration Company trained to help rebuild homes after disaster strikes.
We also talked about how we stay active in our community by organizing events at senior living centers and attending local small business grand openings.
Real Questions, Real Conversations
The team was very engaged. María, one of the agents, asked what happens when a customer contacts us directly. We explained that we first collect basic information and schedule a free assessment. We also ask if they already have a claim number. Many clients wait for our initial estimate before deciding to open a claim with their insurance.
Once the claim is open, we contact the insurance agent and the adjuster directly. If removing cabinets, flooring, or other structures is necessary, we always get prior approval from the adjuster. This clear and consistent communication allows us to provide high-quality Property Damage Restoration Services.
Reyna, another agent, shared that she used to work for a restoration company, so she already understood our process and shared some of her experiences in the industry.
