PuroClean is a property damage cleanup company specializing in water, fire and smoke damage, biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation. Our offices are located in Kingston, NY and Poughkeepsie NY. We have been proudly serving the Hudson Valley since 2012.

Restoration Technician and Assistant Technician openings.

The only prequalification you will need is a clean drivers license. We will train you (paid) in all aspects of the position and pay for any NYS required license(s) and IICRC industry certifications. People that have IICRC certifications are highly sought after throughout the United States and Canada.

The Restoration Technician supports the Lead Technician on jobs and includes the ability to:

• Drive company vehicle
• Set up/taken down, and properly operate water mitigation and/or mold remediation equipment
• Selective interior demolition of job site when needed; cutting drywall, carpeting, padding, wood floors, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• General cleaning
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentation such as moisture mapping, temperature and humidity readings.
• Contents pack out and storage
• Clean fire damaged property
• Perform emergency services after hours
• Board up damaged property
  Requirements:
• Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Some construction knowledge needed and ability to use hand tools/power tools
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Experience using hand and small power tools

The Assistant Restoration Technician supports the Technician and Lead Technician on job sites.

The Assistant Restoration Technician is an entry level position designed to quickly train and gain experience to become a Restoration Technician. It is designed to go at the pace of the individual but can be accomplished in as little as 90 days. Starting pay rate $16 to $18. Hourly rate increase when promoted to Restoration Technician.

Position(s) also include, paid vacation days, sick sick days and holidays.
