2/26 Thrilled with Nick and Eamon for their professionalism. This team understood my concerns about the water damage to my wood floor,. Nick explained the paperwork that was needed to proceed, equipment and its noise. Both wore shoe covers to prevent further damage to my oak floors from the snow/ice outside. Explained how often they’d be returning to check and always called to share the time they’d be at my home. My husband and I were able to go about our daily routines because on they’re promptness!
