Puroclean was hired to assess water damage in our finished basement. Karson arrived promptly to assess the situation. Work quickly began to dry up the area and remove damaged materials & property. Karson then coordinated all aspects of the mold remediation process before referring our project to Kevin for an assessment of our restoration needs. Dan and his team then took over to complete the restoration services. The team was punctual, detail oriented, responsive, went above and beyond to ensure that restoration services were completed to our satisfaction, and were a pleasure to work with.

Mike was fantastic at getting the job done. He was fast and did not interfere with business operations. He made regular contact with the insurance company so that I could concentrate on work.
