Team of Trained, Certified Technicians Now Available 24/7 for service calls
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – (August 23, 2022) – Husband and wife duo Frankie and Christie Stephens recently opened PuroClean of South Knoxville, bringing 24/7 water damage, fire and smoke restoration, mold and biohazard removal services to their community. With their combined construction and service industry experience, these “Paramedics of Property Damage” are no strangers to serving others. PuroClean of South Knoxville and its team of highly trained technicians will support the metro Knoxville area including Maryville, Farragut and Rockford, among others.
“We are proud of the team we’ve built together, and we are very excited to hit the ground running on our new business,” Frankie Stephens said. “Our goal with this business is to serve our local community and share the weight of our neighbors’ property damage concerns, which we know can be incredibly stressful.”
After graduating from Herzing University with a degree in public safety, Frankie began his 20-year career as an aircrew member in the U.S. Air Force National Guard in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by a 13-year career in law enforcement as a first responder. Through his ties to the community, Frankie was introduced to PuroClean through a friendship with a franchise owner serving the tri-state area of Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. It is through this business relationship that Frankie began restoring and remediating homes and businesses alike, which later inspired him to join the franchise brand and embark on a new venture as a PuroClean owner himself.
Christie received her degree in psychology from Liberty University. In 2020, she began her journey as an entrepreneur with the opening of her boutique this past March. Christie also has experience serving PuroClean of Elkton as its former business manager and looks forward to rejoining the network in a new capacity alongside her husband, Frankie.
“We are proud to welcome another military family onboard at PuroClean, and while we are incredibly proud of their past service to our country, we know their service mindset is going to make them successful in this next endeavor as they work together with their local community,” PuroClean President and COO Steve White said. For more than 20 years, PuroClean has helped home and business owners with their restoration and remediation needs, serving communities across the United States and Canada with a network of nearly 400 offices.
