John and Puroclean were amazing to work with. My attic was dripping water, because the water barrier had been removed. They were responsive, easy to work with, checked equipment and moisture levels frequently, and tested for any mold. I would highly recommend this company, but hope no one else has this kind of stress in their life.

Our brand-new home, built by Toll Brothers, had a construction defect that allowed mice to access the crawl space. As a result, we were faced with a significant remediation project that required the removal of all insulation, HVAC ducting, and the vapor barrier beneath the home. The crawl space was then converted into a conditioned crawl space, which involved installing a new vapor barrier and applying spray foam insulation to the exterior-facing crawl space walls to properly insulate and seal all existing vents. To make the situation more challenging, all of this work took place during the Christmas holiday and in extremely cold temperatures. Throughout the entire process, I worked directly with John and Rochelle at PuroClean, and they were outstanding. Communication was clear and consistent, coordination was seamless, and they were extremely accommodating given the timing and complexity of the project. PuroClean’s pricing was very fair, their scheduling flexibility during a hectic time of year was greatly appreciated, and the overall quality of work met — and exceeded — expectations. Every team member I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work being performed. This was not an easy project, but PuroClean handled EVERYTHING professionally from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and would confidently recommend them to friends and family in need of remediation services.
